The HSE statement, Children’s Play and Leisure – Promoting a Balanced Approachadvises that “play is important for children’s well-being and development”.  To this end, many new housing developments now include a range of areas that provide stimulating and challenging play experiences for children in the forms of LAP, LEAP, NEAP and MUGA play areas.  All of these sit easily within Meadfleet’s management.

Our regional management team are all qualified to RPII (Register of Play Inspectors International) standards.  Our ability to carry out regular visual checks of the play equipment in our management ensures that this valuable amenity is maintained to the very highest standards for the benefit, enjoyment and most importantly, safety of all residents.  Additionally, all play equipment is independently inspected annually or bi-annually by The Play Inspection company (www.playinspections.co.uk) for a full safety and effectiveness report in line with BS EN 1176 & 1177: 2008, BS EN 15312.
