Why Meadfleet?

The Meadfleet Advantage

No set-up fees. Use our standard contracts and the only costs you pay are your legal costs.

We can accommodate all areas of open space, including complex SuDS, biodiverse habitats, play equipment, protected species, lighting, soft and hard landscaping and more.

Meadfleet own the land we manage; we assume total responsibility for management and maintenance in perpetuity so you and your residents don’t have to.

Reputation is important to us, we recognise that well-managed open spaces reflect positively on us and help preserve your legacy.

Our regional managers are experts in the field and hold relevant BSc or MSc degrees.

Our team includes a full-time MSc qualified ecologist who is experienced in mitigation measures, protected species, habitat requirements and holds licenses to survey great crested newts and dormice.

We supply clear, tried and tested legal documentation and can accommodate s38, s104 and s106 agreements.

Meadfleet regional managers are all RPII qualified inspectors ensuring play equipment is safe and maintained to current British Standards (BSEN1176 & BSEN1177).

Our open spaces are managed and maintained to ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 internationally agreed standards.

Meadfleet fund all maintenance works in advance, charging residents in arrears for actual works undertaken.

We positively encourage residents’ associations and are happy to work with more informal Meadfleet Liaison Groups.

Trading for over 20 years Meadfleet are a financially secure, long-term business.
