Rhys is a great character who strives to please. He is working together with us to enhance and transform our development by listening to our needs. He is a tremendous asset to Meadfleet and I wish him well Alison (Chair) SWNCRA (Sadlers Walk & Nelson Close Residents Association)
Making our estate look brilliant
I would like to thank Meadfleet for looking after the Strata development in Leeds where i am currently living, the contractors working on our grounds have really put a lot of effort into making them look good since the site has being took over, we are noticing improvements on a regular basis. Fantastic company…
I own a property on a development where Meadfleet manage part of the open space. I had a recent need to involve them regarding ownership of an issue that had surfaced. I had a very full email response that same day which together with some helpful attachments fully resolved the issue for me. I sensed… Read more “Excellent service”
Hi we have found the company’s representative for Horsham, Oliver, to be highly professional and personable. An excellent ambassador and a credit to any organisation.
Parish point of view
I deal with Meadfleet as both a Parish Councillor and resident. I have always found them to be very professional, and are easy to communicate with which for me has made having a good working relationship with them very easy. Some residents have concerns about how much they pay for the service but everything has… Read more “Parish point of view”

I contacted Oliver Stovell at Meadfleet due to some tree work that I wanted to request. The trees are adjacent to my property and I believed needed some attention. Oliver took the time to meet me and listen to my concerns. He also arranged for the tree surgeon to be present so that the health… Read more “Great Service”

Really good experience
I can say that my contacts with Roger Norton and Meadfleet have been very satisfactory. We have had a few little faults recently and Roger has sorted them out quickly and lets us know what is happening and when. He checks regularly. We are also very luck with the groundsmen who are doing a good job.… Read more “Really good experience”

She responds to problems and works closely with Galaxy who are the contractors who call at the site on a two-week basis. GALAXY with Andy and Dean… Read more “Impressed”

We are also now in direct contact with Meadfleet’s Marketing Manager who joined the… Read more “Positive working relationship”

Meadfleet made a big difference
Meadfleet recently took over the grounds maintenance of the new build estate and the difference was immediate. The manager made herself known, and accessible, the grass was cut and the clippings removed, the borders were tidied and dead trees, plants and bushes were removed or replaced as appropriate. Although it is early days, I am… Read more “Meadfleet made a big difference”
Can you tell me how maintenance is generally undertaken?
Our maintenance plans are tailored to the needs of each individual site with services usually provided on a fortnightly basis throughout the year, typically including: grass cutting, edging beds, borders and tree pits, weeding, moss removal, pruning, litter picking/emptying bins. Additional maintenance will be carried out as required. The schedule and scope of maintenance work is usually… Read more “Can you tell me how maintenance is generally undertaken?”
What happens when I sell my home?
Open space management is secured by a restriction on your property. When you sell your home you should ask your solicitor and your purchaser’s solicitor to contact us so that we may send them our guide to moving home. Please review our Moving House page for further information.
What if homeowners wish to form an association?
Meadfleet welcomes and encourages this approach, it is by far the most efficient way for us to hear the views of the residents and respond effectively. For further details on how we work with Residents Groups and guidance on how to create one, please see our Working with Residents page.
How can I pay the Annual Management Charge?
You can pay Meadfleet Annual Management Charge invoices via your own online banking system (you will find all the details you need to do this on your invoice). Alternatively, you can pay by cheque or call us on 01438 746990 (and select option 2) to pay by card.
