Positive working relationship

Whilst we as a community experienced some issues on our new development in the start, we’ve now formed a small Meadfleet Liaison Group of residents and have had a number of meetings onsite with the Meadfleet MD and our Site Manager. We are also now in direct contact with Meadfleet’s Marketing Manager who joined the business fairly recently and we are working together on some great initiatives, such as spring bulb planting (with bulbs donated by Meadfleet) for which we coordinated a family friendly community event with local residents back in November to plant the bulbs ready for next spring. With Meadfleet’s support, we’re planning to do other nature projects in 2018 which will enhance our open space and woodland for the benefit of our community. We will continue to have regular onsite meetings with Meadfleet and really feel the relationship with them has evolved into a much more positive and productive experience and hope that residents will really start to see the benefits of this positive working relationship as our space develops and improves over the next few years.
