Partnerships

We are proud members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme, providing free and independent redress to customers should this ever be required.

Meadfleet are partnered with the UK’s leading insect charity, Buglife, helping us to enhance open spaces to support the nation’s vital insect population.

Swift populations are down 60% since 1995, we are therefore pleased to support the work of Action for Swifts and help raise awareness.

We are thrilled to partner with Ripple Africa, a United Nations backed UK charity who lead a number of community carbon-reduction projects in Malawi.   Meadfleet offset our remaining emissions to achieve Carbon Neutral status through Ripple’s Fuel Stove project. 

Meadfleet are signed up to the SME Climate Hub. We have committed to halve our greenhouse emissions before 2030, achieve net zero by 2050 and report on our progress yearly.

Our team are trained in the latest health and safety standards.  This includes Register of Play Inspectors International training and Lantra tree inspection courses.

Meadfleet are a proud corporate member of Butterfly Conservation, a UK charity dedicated to protecting butterflies, moths, and the habitats they rely on.

Achievements

We are proud to have been certified in ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environment Management since 2019.
We have given away 2000 bee hotels and over 7000 packets of wildlife friendly seeds to customers and communities.
We have donated and planted 30,000m2 of new wildflower to support pollinators.
We’ve worked with over 30 schools and nearly 7000 pupils, helping to inspire the next generation.
We have provided over 1km of new hedgerow as part of our bee friendly campaign.
In the last 3 years we’ve donated over £42,000 to charities, biodiversity campaigns and community activities.
We have donated and planted over 100,000 + new bulbs on our open spaces.
Alongside our customers, we have donated over 5000 trees to Ripple Africa’s Forest Conservation and Tree Planting project.
