We provide flexible options for residents, liaising with both formal Residents Associations and more informal Meadfleet Liaison Groups. Together, we create enriched open spaces for all to enjoy.
Building communities
At the heart of our approach to open space management is a belief in fostering strong community relationships and taking an active role in the neighbourhoods we work in. We actively support various community events, initiatives, and charities, and initiate nationwide projects to enhance local environments.

The Meadfleet Academy
The Meadfleet Academy is dedicated to inspiring and empowering the next generation. We work closely with schools and families to promote environmental awareness, with a special emphasis on enhancing biodiversity. This aligns with our efforts to nurture nature on the open spaces in our management.
Our in-house ecologists play a pivotal role by leading engaging school talks and planting days. We donate valuable resources and activities to actively involve children in our environmental initiatives. Together, we are sowing the seeds for a future that’s greener and more sustainable.
