Last week, the Meadfleet team had the pleasure of attending the Davidsons Homes Annual Awards presentation, and we’d like to extend a huge thank you to the Davidsons team for such a fantastic evening. From the warm hospitality to the superb organisation, it was a thoroughly enjoyable event and a great opportunity to come together and celebrate shared successes.
We were especially delighted – and genuinely surprised – to receive an award nomination on the night. Being recognised for our work in open space management across Davidsons’ new residential developments means a great deal to the entire Meadfleet team. Our role is all about creating and caring for spaces that residents can enjoy long into the future, so it’s incredibly rewarding to see that commitment acknowledged as part of building a lasting legacy within these communities.

Working alongside Davidsons Homes on their exceptional developments is a real pleasure. Their focus on quality, placemaking, and long-term community value aligns closely with our own approach to open space management.
As we look ahead, we’re excited to continue supporting Davidsons throughout 2026 and beyond, strengthening our partnership and helping to ensure their developments remain vibrant, well-managed places to live for years to come.
Thank you once again to Davidsons Homes for a memorable evening – and here’s to continued collaboration and success.

About Meadfleet
Meadfleet is a leading sustainable land-adopting management company, established in 1995. We manage over 350 developments and 40,000 residential properties across England and Wales, supported by in-house expertise and decades of experience.
Our in-house ecologists bring expertise in Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG), and we offer management of BNG delivery both on managed developments and offsite areas, funded through customer contributions or commuted sums. Our adoption model relieves developers of ongoing liabilities and management costs.
The Meadfleet approach removes onerous responsibilities from homeowners while encouraging resident engagement in the stewardship of their local environment. We are members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS), providing customers with free, independent redress if required. We also welcome and support resident groups, creating a valuable two-way dialogue that strengthens community involvement.
As a land-adopting management company, we take long-term responsibility for open space, building strong community relations and implementing ongoing management and improvement plans. Our independent, holistic approach ensures open spaces are managed sustainably for the benefit of residents, biodiversity, and the wider environment.
