Meadfleet are an award-winning, carbon-neutral company, with a focus on improving biodiversity, and engaging with residents to improve our local communities.

We have worked with residents all over England and Wales, helping them to create a legacy that improves the neighbourhoods they live in for local wildlife, the community and for generations to come.

We have supported school planting days, community trees, hedgerow and bulb planting events, charity raffle prizes and so much more!!

If you have a project you would like Meadfleet to support, please let us know and we will see what we can do to help! You can use the below form to tell us all about your initiative and what assistance you would like from Meadfleet to achieve it. We will get back to you once we have had a chance to review your request. We ask that requests come from groups of residents to ensure that any donations we make will benefit as many people as possible, although we will review each submission on its own merit.

Sharing your Success

Our Community Fund is available to all developments managed by Meadfleet and we also welcome applications from local charities and groups. We’re proud to support initiatives that enhance open spaces and strengthen local communities.

As part of celebrating the projects we fund, we ask successful applicants to provide feedback along with photos of the event or completed initiative. This helps us showcase the positive impact across our developments and inspire other communities to get involved.

Below are some of the fantastic initiatives we have previously supported:

Sustainable Hampers

We have provided numerous sustainable hampers to be offered as prizes for charity raffles.

Community Planting Days

We organise tree, bulb, and hedge whip planting days with the community, supplying all the equipment needed.

School ecology talks

Our ecology and conservation manager has attended schools of all ages to provide informative talks and presentations about wildlife and the local environment.

School planting days

We love supporting schools in teaching the younger generation by providing materials and equipment for planting days.

Community fence painting

We provide equipment to residents to help enhance their development, such as this community fence planting day!

Memorial tree donations

We believe it is important to commemorate key monumental moments in our history, which is why we donated and planted a commemorative tree for the centenary of WW1.
